摘　　要：目的研究缺铁性贫血患者心率变异性(HRV)特点及相关因素。方法选取2017年8月至2019年3月东海县人民医院缺铁性贫血患者65例作为试验组,同时选择健康体检人员30名作为对照组。采用5 min短时心电图分析HRV时域、频域指标。各时域、频域指标与血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCV)及血清铁蛋白(SF)的相关性采用Pearson相关分析。结果试验组HRV时域各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组HRV频域各项指标与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中试验低频功率(LF)/高频功率(HF)小于对照组,其余各个指标大于对照组。试验组SF与HRV时域指标SDNN存在相关性(P<0.05),Hb、HCV与频域指标LFnorm存在相关性(P<0.05),其他指标之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血患者的自主神经系统活性增强,交感神经和迷走神经活性水平均增加,并且交感神经的活动水平低于迷走神经活动水平。Objective To investigate the characteristics of heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA)and correlation analysis of its related factors.Methods A total of 65 patients with iron deficiency anemia in donghai county people's hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 30 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the control group.The timedomain parameters and frequency-domain parameters of HRV were analyzed by a 5-min short-time electrocardiogram.The correlation of HRV parameters and Hb,HCV,SF were performed with Pearson correlation analysis.Results The time-domain parameters were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Among the frequency-domain parameters,LF/HF in the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the other parameters were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The IDA patients’SF were related with time-domain parameters SDNN,Hb and HCV were related with HFnorm of frequency-domain parameters(P<0.05),the others were not related(P>0.05).Conclusion Activity of the autonomic nervous system was increased in IDA patients,sympathetic and vagus activity levels were increased.Sympathetic activity was lower than vagus activity.
