蜡疗配合关节松动术对膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察蜡疗配合关节松动术治疗膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取中国人民解放军第八一医院2015年10月至2018年4月收治的94例膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍患者,依照单双号法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组单纯予以关节松动术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以蜡疗联合治疗。比较两组治疗前后膝关节活动度(ROM)、膝关节功能(AKS评分)及临床疗效。结果研究组ROM、AKS评分及治疗优良率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜡疗配合关节松动术治疗膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of wax therapy combined with joint mobilization for patients with postoperative dysfunction of periarticular fracture of knee joint.Methods A total of 94 patients with postoperative dysfunction of periarticular fracture of knee joint admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to April 2018 were selected and were divided into the control group and the research group according to the odd and even numbers method,47 cases per group.The control group was treated with joint mobilization alone.The study group was treated with a combination of wax therapy on the basis of the control group.The knee joint mobility(ROM),knee joint function(AKS score)and the overall clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The ROM,AKS scores and excellent and good rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The wax therapy combined with joint mobilization was effective for patients with postoperative dysfunction of periarticular fracture of knee joint.
