老年退行性腰椎管狭窄患者应用脊柱内固定术的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨分析老年退行性腰椎管狭窄患者应用脊柱内固定术的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月至2019年6月泗洪县人民医院收治的80例老年退行性腰椎管狭窄患者为本次研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患者采用半椎板切除椎管扩大减压术治疗方案,研究组采用全椎板切除椎管扩大减压脊柱内固定术治疗方案,对比两组患者临床疗效、疼痛程度及术后并发症发生情况,并对数据进行分析统计。结果研究组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组,同时研究组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年退行性腰椎管狭窄患者的临床治疗中,采用全椎板切除椎管扩大减压脊柱内固定术临床疗效显著,可显著减轻患者疼痛程度。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of spinal internal fixation in elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemilaminectomy and spinal canal decompression.The study group was treated with total laminectomy and spinal canal dilation.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared,and the data were analyzed and statistically analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,total laminectomy,spinal canal decompression and spinal internal fixation have significant clinical effect,can significantly reduce the pain of patients.
