探讨外伤性白内障术前眼B超检查的临床效果

摘　　要：目的通过观察外伤性白内障术前眼B超检查的作用和疗效,分析眼B超检查在治疗患者外伤性白内障中的重要性。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院眼科2014年5月至2019年5月收治的40例外伤性白内障患者作为此次的研究对象,进行手术之前对这40为患者进行B超检查,观察患者。结果通过对这40名患者进行B超检查后可知,其中有8为患者的后囊发生小破损,20为患者的后囊完整,3为患者的后囊发生中度破损,9为患者的后囊发生中度破损。通过B超检查,医生可以更加准确地了解患者的具体情况,从而为医生对患者进行外伤性白内障手术的安全性提供了保障。结论医生在进行外伤性白内障手术之前对患者进行眼B超检查,可以帮助医生更加准确地掌握患者的具体病灶,从而制定出更加科学合理的手术方案,从而提高外伤性白内障手术的成功率。Objective To analyze the importance of eye ultrasound in the treatment of traumatic cataract by observing the effect and effect of eye ultrasound before operation of traumatic cataract.Methods 40 patients with traumatic cataract from May 2014 to May 2019 were taken as the subjects of this study.The number of patients who were stabbed by foreign bodies was 12,the number of patients who were stabbed by glass was 7,and the number of patients who were stabbed by wire was 19.The number of patients injured by the accidental explosion was 2.The 40 were then examined with a B-ultrasound before surgery.Results After the B-ultrasound examination of the 40 patients,it was found that 8 of them had small damage to the posterior sac,20 to the patient's posterior sac,3 to the patient's posterior sac was moderately damaged,and 9 to the patient's posterior sac.Moderate damage.Through the B-ultrasound examination,the doctor can understand the patient's specific situation more accurately,thus providing a guarantee for the safety of the doctor's traumatic cataract surgery.Conclusion The B-ultrasonography of the patient before traumatic cataract surgery can help the doctor to know the specific focus of the patient more accurately,so as to formulate a more scientific and reasonable surgical plan,thus improving the success rate of traumatic cataract surgery.
