透明质酸生物膜联合造口护肤粉在婴幼儿尿布皮炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察透明质酸生物膜联合造口护肤粉在婴幼儿尿布皮炎的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年9月广西壮族自治区人民医院儿科收治的患有尿布皮炎患儿60例,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。所有患者均行常规护理,对照组使用造口护肤粉护理患者皮炎部位,观察组使用透明质酸生物膜联合造口护肤粉护理患者皮炎部位,观察两组患儿皮炎部位愈合的效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,观察组治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿布性皮炎患儿应用透明质酸生物膜联合造口护肤粉护理能达到优异的治疗效果,可缩短治疗时间,减轻患儿痛苦。Objective To observe the application effect of hyaluronic acid biofilm combined with ostomy skincare powder in infant diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 60 children with diaper dermatitis admitted of Pediatrics Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from October 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.All patients were given routine nursing care,the control group used stoma skin care powder to care the patient's dermatitis site,the observation group used hyaluronic acid biofilm combined with stoma skin care powder to care the patient's dermatitis site.The healing effect of two groups of children's dermatitis site were observed.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the cure time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyaluronic acid biofilm combined with ostomy skin care powder in children with diaper dermatitis can achieve excellent therapeutic effect,shorten the treatment time and reduce the pain of children.
