荆花胃康胶丸联合复方尿囊素治疗消化性溃疡的效果

摘　　要：目的研究荆花胃康胶丸联合复方尿囊素在消化性溃疡中的应用效果。方法选取116例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各58例。对照组使用复方尿囊素治疗,实验组联合荆花胃康胶丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌根除率和复发率以及免疫球蛋白水平。结果与对照组相比,实验组的有效率、幽门螺杆菌根除率较高,幽门螺杆菌复发率较低(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,实验组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论荆花胃康胶丸联合复方尿囊素可以改善消化性溃疡患者的临床症状,提高免疫力,且复发率较低。Objective To study the effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with compound allantoin in peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 116 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,58 cases in each.The control group was treated with compound allantoin,while the experimental group was treated with Jinghua Weikang Capsule.The clinical efficacy,eradication rate and recurrence rate of helicobacter pylori and the change of immunoglobulin level were compared between the two groupss.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group was more effective,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori was higher,and the recurrence rate of helicobacter pylori was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,IgG,IgA and IgM levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with compound allantoin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and immunity of patients with peptic ulcer,and the recurrence rate is low.
