疏肝健脾降逆汤联合恒温-雷火灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾降逆汤联合恒温-雷火灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年7月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的60例胆汁反流性胃炎的患者,随机分为治疗组(疏肝健脾降逆汤联合雷火灸治疗配合西医对症处理)和对照组(西医对症处理),各30例。观察患者治疗前后临床疗效、胃镜治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,以及结束治疗后第4周随访复发率。结果治疗组临床总有效率及胃镜总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组随访复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医对症处理上予以疏肝健脾降逆汤联合恒温-雷火灸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎能有效改善患者返流、烧心、呕吐等症状,促进胃镜下炎症的消退及黏膜的修复,不良反应少,随访复发率低,效果显著,预后较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Jiangni Decoction(SJJD)combined with constant-temperature thunder fire moxibustion(CTTFM)on bile reflux gastritis.Methods Totally 60 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to the Gastroenterology Department,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(SJJD combined with CTTFM plus symptomatic treatment of Western medicine)and control group(symptomatic treatment of Western medicine),30 cases per group.The clinical curative effect,gastroscopic curative effect and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate was followed up for 4 weeks after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate and gastroscopy effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SJJD combined with CTTFM can effectively improve the symptoms of bile reflux gastritis,such as reflux,heartburn and vomiting,promote the regression of gastroscopic inflammation and mucosal repair,with fewer adverse reactions,lower recurrence rate in follow-up,significant effect and good prognosis.
