合理用药国际指标干预对儿科门诊抗菌药物使用的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨合理用药国际指标干预对儿科门诊抗菌药物使用的影响。方法选取2017年1月至12月徐州医科大学附属第三医院门诊收治的96例儿科患儿,应用合理用药国际指标进行干预,比较干预前后各30天患儿抗菌药物处方和儿科门诊处方指标、抗菌药物联合用药情况、干预前后注射用抗菌药物指标和干预前后关怀指标。结果干预前后,抗菌药物使用率、每次就诊人均药费、二联用药处方数等存在明显差异(P<0.05);注射用阿奇霉素(其仙)使用人次、注射用抗菌药物人均药费存在明显差异(P<0.05);干预前后,药品标示完整率、平均调配时间和患儿对正确用药知晓率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在进行合理用药指导后,提高用药知晓率,改善了关怀指标,降低了抗菌药物的用药剂量。因此,合理用药国际指标干预在临床上应进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the influence of international index intervention on antimicrobial drug use in pediatric clinic.Methods Totally 96 pediatric children admitted to The third affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January to December 2017 were selected.The international indicators of rational use of drugs were applied.The antibacterials prescription and pediatric outpatient prescription index,combined use of antibacterials,the antibacterials index before and after intervention and the care index before and after intervention were compared 30 days before and 30 days after intervention.Results Before and after intervention,there were significant differences in the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents,per capita drug cost per visit,and the number of two-drug prescriptions(P<0.05).There were significant differences between azithromycin(azithromycin)used for injection and drug cost per capita(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention,there were significant differences in the drug labeling integrity rate,average deployment time,and the awareness rate of correct drug use in children(P<0.05).Conclusion After the guidance of rational drug use,the awareness rate of drug use was increased,the care index was improved,and the dosage of antibacterial drugs was reduced.Therefore,international index intervention of rational drug use should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
