糖皮质激素结合特布他林治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析糖皮质激素联合特布他林在慢阻肺急性加重期临床治疗当中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心收治96例慢阻肺急性加重期患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者给予特布他林治疗,观察组给予糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗。观察对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率,比较两组患者FEV1和FVC肺功能指标水平。结果观察组与对照组两组患者临床总有效率分别为95.83%和75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者FEV1和FVC指标均比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在特布他林基础上联合糖皮质激素对慢阻肺急性加重期患者进行治疗,能够有效提高患者临床疗效,明显改善患者肺功能指标。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with acute exacerbation.Methods Totally 96 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to Chongqing Public Health Medical Center from January 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline,while the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was observed,and the levels of FEV1 and FVC pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of total clinical effective rate,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.83%and 75%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of lung function index,the FEV1 of the observation group patients The FVC index was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glucocorticosteroids on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD based on terbutaline can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and significantly improve the lung function index of patients.
