盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液与脉络宁注射液治疗妊娠高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液联合脉络宁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的效果。方法选取衡水市第二人民医院2018年3月至2019年2月收治的128例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组64例。对照组患者给予盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予脉络宁注射液治疗。观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及妊娠结局。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(96.88%vs.85.94%,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(3.13%vs.6.25%,P>0.05)。观察组早产、胎盘早剥、新生儿窒息、胎儿宫内窘迫的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产后出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液联合脉络宁注射液治疗妊娠高血压疗效确切,降低血压水平,保障母婴安全,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Labellol Hydrochloride Injection combined with Mailuoning Injection in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods Totally 128 patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension admitted to Obstetrics Department of Hengshui Second People's Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,64 cases per group.The control group was treated with Labellol Hydrochloride Injection,while the observation group was treated with Mailuoning Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.88%vs.85.94%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(3.13%vs.6.25%,P>0.05).The incidence of preterm birth,placental abruption,neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Labellol Hydrochloride Injection combined with Mailuoning Injection is effective in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.It can lower blood pressure level and ensure the safety of mother and infant.It is worth popularizing.
