摘　　要：图书馆法律体系是图书馆事业发展的根本保障,英国图书馆事业比较发达,图书馆法律体系相对完备,涵盖国家图书馆法、公共图书馆法、出版物缴存法、公共借阅权法、版权法等内容。研究英国图书馆法律体系,尤其是其中的"图书馆法人治理结构""出版物法定缴存""公共借阅权的衡平理念"等内容,对我国图书馆立法具有启示与借鉴意义。Legal system is the fundamental guarantee for the development of library industry.The library industry in Great Britain is comparatively flourishing,and the legal system of libraries is comparatively complete,including National Library Acts,Public Library Acts,Legal Deposit Libraries Acts,Public Lending Right Acts,Copyright Acts,etc.Studying on the legal system of libraries,especially the content of "corporate governance structure" "legal deposit" and "the equity idea of public lending right",etc,is meaningful for the library legislation in China.
