摘 要:采用共沉淀法,通过改变溶液pH值制备结晶度高、尺寸大小约为60 nm的水滑石(Mg 2Al-LDH),并将其应用于鞣制山羊皮.通过改变鞣制工艺中的Mg 2Al-LDH用量、渗透及结合pH值,以收缩温度为考察指标,优化出Mg 2Al-LDH用量为3%、鞣制时间为2 h、渗透pH值为3.0、结合pH值为4.0的最佳工艺条件.XRD及SEM结果显示,Mg 2Al-LDH可以有效分散并渗透在皮胶原纤维内部,在分散皮胶原纤维的同时,可作用到皮胶原纤维束表面及纤维之间.Mg 2Al-Layered Double Hydroixdes(Mg 2Al-LDH)with high crystallinity and size of around 60 nm was prepared through changing the pH value of solution according to co-precipitation method.The tanning process based on the as-prepared LDH were further studied by adjusting the dosages of Mg 2Al-LDH,initial and finial pH values in terms of the shrinkage temperature of the resulting crust leathers.The optimized tanning system was using 3%LDH for 2 h at initial pH3.0 and final pH4.0.XRD and SEM results showed that Mg 2Al-LDH nanosheets can be well-dispersed and penetrate into collagen fibers dispersing the collagen fibers and bound onto of between the collagen fibrils.
