摘 要:为明确腐胺(Put)浸种对Ca(NO3)2胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,本试验以‘津春2号’和‘津研四号’黄瓜为材料,设置CK、Put、Ca(NO3)2、Put+Ca(NO3)24个处理,测定不同处理下黄瓜幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量、电导率、水势和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,与CK相比,Ca(NO3)2处理的黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、干重和鲜重均明显降低,部分达显著水平,而水势、相对电导率、叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量等均有不同程度的增加;Put浸种处理可有效缓解盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生物量积累的抑制作用,降低水势、相对电导率和叶绿素含量,减轻膜脂过氧化程度,且对耐盐性较差的‘津春2号’缓解效果更明显。由此表明,外源腐胺浸种能够有效缓解Ca(NO3)2胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害,提高其耐盐性,且对不耐盐黄瓜品种盐胁迫的缓解效果更显著。The study was to investigate the relieving effect of exogenous putrescine soaking seeds on the growth of cucumber seedlings under Ca(NO3)2 stress.Cucumber cultivars‘Jinchun 2’and‘Jinyan 4’were used as test materials in the experiment.The changes of the biomass,chlorophyll content,relative electrolytic leakage,water potential and MDA content of the two cultivars were determined in treatments including CK,Put,Ca(NO3)2,Put+Ca(NO3)2.The results showed that,compared with CK,the plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight of the two cultivars under Ca(NO3)2 treatment were significantly lower,but the water potential,conductivity,chlorophyll content and MDA content increased,among them,some reached significant levels.Soaking seeds with exogenous putrescine effectively alleviated the inhibition of salt stress on biomass accumulation of cucumber seedlings,and reduced water potential,electrical conductivity,chlorophyll content and the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation.Moreover,the relieving effect was more obvious on‘Jinchun 2’with poor salt-tolerance.Therefore,soaking seeds with exogenous putrescine could effectively alleviate the damage of Ca(NO3)2 stress to cucumber seedlings and improve salt tolerance,and the relieving effect was more significant in poor salt-resistant cucumber cultivar.
