摘  要:为筛选适合食药用杂交桑品种,测定了5个杂交桑品种的桑叶1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)、总黄酮、多糖、总多酚和γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)含量,并用隶属函数法对桑叶的药用品质进行综合评价。结果表明,不同品种杂交桑桑叶DNJ、总黄酮、多糖、总多酚和GABA含量存在较大差异,5个杂交桑品种药用品质从高到低依次为丰驰、秦桑、浙桑3号、浙桑1号、鲁桑1号。In order to select mulberry hybrids suitable for food and medicine,the contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ),total flavonoids,polysaccharides,total polyphenols and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in leaves of five mulberry hybrids were determined,and the medicinal quality were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that there were significant differences in DNJ,total flavonoids,polysaccharides,total polyphenols and GABA contents between different hybrids.According to the comprehensive analysis by membership function method,the medicinal quality of the five mulberry hybrids from high to low was Fengchi,Qinsang,Zhesang 3,Zhesang 1 and Lusang 1,respectively.
