摘  要:装配式建筑在国内建筑业转型升级的道路上发展迅速,建筑信息模型技术为装配式建筑质量信息管理注入了活力,但相关研究较少关注装配式建筑质量控制信息化过程的实现。为了拓展装配式建筑施工质量控制的信息化应用,本文在装配式建筑质量控制现状分析的基础上提出装配式建筑质量信息模型(PBQIM)概念。以PBQIM的构建过程为研究对象,提出与质量控制基本环节相匹配的QRIM、QMIM、QAIM三大基础信息模型及其功能需求。通过Revit平台和MySQL数据库相结合,利用Revit二次开发技术分析各功能的算法,并基于质量控制动态原理论述PBQIM的应用内涵。通过工程实例,验证了PBQIM的可操作性,该装配式建筑施工质量控制的信息化管理方法具有重要的现实意义。Prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly on the road of transformation and upgrading of the domestic construction industry, and building information model technology has injected vitality into the quality information management of prefabricated buildings. However, less attention has been paid to the realization of informatization process of their quality control. To expand the application in the quality control of prefabricated building construction, this paper puts forward a concept of PBQIM(prefabricated building quality information model) based on the analysis of its status quo. Taking the construction process of PBQIM as the research object, the three basic information models of QRIM, QMIM, QAIM and their functional requirements are proposed, which are matched with the basic links of quality control. Through the combination of Revit platform and MySQL database, the Revit secondary development technology is used to analyze the algorithm of each function, and the application connotation of PBQIM is discussed from dynamic principle of quality control. After verifying the feasibility of PBQIM on projects, it shows that the information management method of prefabricated building construction quality control has important practical significance.
