摘  要:随着我国桥梁建设的快速发展,桥梁施工技术也随之取得了巨大进步。目前,悬索桥桥塔下横梁与塔柱异步施工技术是一个比较重要的研究课题,本文以棋盘洲长江公路大桥为工程背景,对该悬索桥主塔下横梁与塔柱异步施工技术进行了探讨。下横梁施工合龙前采用低温多点顶推,该施工方法可以改善下横梁混凝土收缩、徐变及温度效应对塔柱根部应力产生的不利影响。通过对下横梁支架结构受力性能进行优化分析,并采用斜支撑支架,与常规支架相比,斜支撑支架节约了工期,减少了用钢量,提高了经济效益。同时还运用Midas Civil对下横梁斜支撑支架关键受力部位进行了模拟分析,分析结果显示,支架受力分布合理,变形协调,利于安拆,研究成果可为同类桥梁结构提供参考价值。With the rapid development of bridge construction in China, great progress has been made in bridge construction technology. At present, the asynchronous construction technology of the lower beam and column of suspension bridge tower is an important research subject. Based on the Qipanzhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge, the asynchronous construction technology of the main tower lower beam and tower column of the suspension bridge is discussed in this paper. Low temperature and multi-point jacking should be adopted before the closure of the lower crossbeam construction, and this construction method can improve the adverse effects of concrete shrinkage, creep and temperature effect on the root stress of the tower column. Through the optimization analysis of the mechanical performance of the lower beam support structure, and the use of diagonal support, the results show that diagonal support saves the construction period, reduces the steel consumption, and improves the economic benefits compared with the conventional support. At the same time, Midas Civil is also used to carry out simulation analysis on the key stress position of the lower beam inclined support bracket, and the analysis results show that the stress distribution of the support is reasonable, the deformation is coordinated, which is conducive to installation and disassembly, and the research results provide reference value for similar bridge structures.
