摘  要:为更好地推动绿色建筑的可持续发展,系统分析绿色建筑的可持续发展过程,探究其驱动机理及策略。从绿色建筑市场开发环境、绿色建筑经济价值、绿色建筑社会参与程度和绿色建筑生态价值四个方面着手,在潜在驱动因素分析的基础上,利用结构方程模型方法和AMOS软件构建绿色建筑可持续发展的驱动结构方程模型,揭示了关键驱动路径及13个关键驱动因素,探究了绿色建筑可持续发展的驱动机理。结果表明,绿色建筑市场开发环境和绿色建筑生态价值分别对绿色建筑的可持续发展有最显著的直接影响和综合影响。基于此,提出在发展绿色建筑的可持续发展过程中,关注绿色建筑的市场开发环境(利益相关方态度)和生态价值是关键。To better promote the sustainable development of green building, the process, driving mechanism, and driving strategies of green building sustainable development(GBSD) were systematically analyzed. The GBSD driving mechanism was studied from four aspects: market development environment of green building, economic value of green building, social participation in green building and ecological value of green building, 24 driving factors were taken into consideration. The structural equation model method(with AMOS software) was used to reveal the inter-relationships among those factors and used to construct a driving model of GBSD, and then crucial driving path and 13 crucial driving factors were revealed. Results suggest that market development environment and ecological value of green building have maximum direct and total effects on GBSD driving mechanism. Finally, market development environment(the attitude of stakeholders) and ecological value of green building should be paid more attention in the process of the green building sustainable development(GBSD).
