玉米自交系发芽期至苗期耐冷性鉴定

摘　　要：为鉴定和筛选东北地区玉米耐冷种质资源进而开展耐冷新品种选育,以20个东北地区生产上主要利用的玉米自交系为材料,对玉米出苗期的早春低温播种相对出苗率和室内10℃相对萌发率、芽期存活率和苗期生理指标进行测定分析,对自交系进行出苗期、芽期和苗期耐冷性综合鉴定评价。结果表明,聚类分析将自交系耐冷性分为3类,类Ⅰ为玉米3个生育时期综合耐冷性较强的自交系辽1412、辽6049、辽7980、辽2386和中106,其田间条件下早春低温播种相对出苗率、室内低温萌发率和芽期低温存活率均较高,平均分别为77.79%、60.14%和52.02%;类Ⅱ为耐冷性中等的自交系PH 6 WC、辽6027、C 8605-2、辽88、辽68、沈137、铁9010、辽2345和郑58;类Ⅲ为耐冷性弱的自交系S 121、黄早4、K 12、辽6082、辽2309和辽511,其田间条件下早春低温播种相对出苗率、室内低温萌发率和芽期低温存活率较低,平均分别为39.03%、21.95%和32.35%。In order to identify and breed the cold-tolerance maize germplasm resources from northeast region of China,twenty corn inbred lines mainly planted in northeast region were used as materials to investigate the relative seedling ratio of maize seedlings sowed at low temperature in early spring and the relative germination rate,survival rate of bud stage and physiological indices of seedlings sowed at 10 ℃ indoor.Simultaneously,the cold tolerance of corn inbred lines at seedling stage,bud stage and seedling stage was evaluated respectively.The results of cluster analysis showed that these cold-tolerance inbred lines could be divided into three classes.The class I contained the inbred lines Liao 1412,Liao 6049,Liao 7980,Liao 2386 and Zhong 106 which possessed the much stronger cold tolerance at the three periods appearing as the higher relative seedling ratio sowing at low temperature in early spring,the germination rate sowing at low temperature indoor and the survival rate of low temperature at bud stage,which the mean values were 77.79%,60.14% and 52.02%,respectively.The Class II were those inbred lines with moderate cold tolerance including PH 6 WC,Liao 6027,C 8605-2,Liao 88,Liao 68,Shen 137,Tie 9010,Liao 2345 and Zheng 58.Finally,the Class Ⅲ contained the inbred lines S 121,Huangzao 4,K 12,Liao 6082,Liao 2309 and Liao 511 which exhibited the poor cold tolerance and the mean values of relative seedling ratio,the germination rate and the survival rate were 39.03%、21.95% and 32.35% respectively.
