摘　　要：目的分析腰椎手术患者术后并发症发生的影响因素。方法选取170例腰椎手术患者为研究对象,营养风险筛查2002评分(NRS2002)用于患者术前营养状况评估。采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析进行腰椎手术患者术后并发症发生的影响因素研究。结果 10例(5.89%)患者出现术后并发症。并发症组和无并发症组年龄、BMI、NRS2002评估情况、术后1日白蛋白水平、进食量减少情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示NRS2002评估有营养风险(OR=12.140)、BMI≤20.5 kg/m^2(OR=9.093)、术后1日白蛋白<30 g/L(OR=6.098)是腰椎手术患者术后并发症发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 NRS2002评估有营养风险、BMI≤20.5 kg/m^2、术后1日白蛋白<30 g/L的腰椎手术患者有发生术后并发症的风险。Objective To identify the risk factors that engender complications in patients resulting from lumbar surgery. Methods Firstly, 170 patients to be subjected to lumber surgery were chosen as the subjects of study. Secondly, Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002) scores were calculated and used to evaluate the nutritional status of the subjects. Lastly, univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to find out the risk factors that lead to complications resulting from lumbar surgery. Results Ten patients(5.89%) were found to have postoperative complications. Significant differences were found between the group of patients with complications and the group of patients without complications in age, BMI, nutritional status as reflected in NRS2002 scores, albumin level one day after operation and food intake(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that nutritional risk as implied in NRS2002 scores(OR=12.140), BMI≤20.5 kg/m^2(OR=9.093)and albumin <30 g/L one day after operation(OR=6.098)were risk factors causing complications that result from lumbar surgery(P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with nutritional risk as implied in NRS2002 scores, BMI≤20.5 kg/m^2, and albumin<30 g/L one day after operation are likely to bear complications resulting from lumbar surgery.
