杜仲腰痛丸治疗督脉瘀阻型退行性腰椎管狭窄症36例

摘　　要：目的:观察杜仲腰痛丸治疗督脉瘀阻型退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组,每组36例。对照组服用加味独活寄生汤。1剂/d水煎早晚分服;观察组给予杜仲腰痛丸,8丸/次2次/d,饭后温水送服。2组均于连续服药1个月后统计临床疗效,观察证候积分的变化情况及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组为91.66%,对照组为77.77%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);证候积分治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组均有不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且观察组较对照组下降明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:杜仲腰痛丸治疗督脉瘀阻型腰椎管狭窄症安全有效。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Duzhong Yaotong pills in the treatment for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis of governor meridian stagnation and obstruction pattern.Methods:All 72 patients were randomized into two groups according to the visiting order,36 cases each groups.the control group took modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction,one dose each day,taking in the morning and evening.the observation group were given Duzhong Yaotong pills,twice each day,eight pills each time,taking with warm water after meal;Clinical effects were surveyed after both groups took the medicine consecutively for one month,to observe TCM syndrome scales changes and the incidence of adverse reaction during the medication period.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.66%,higher than 77.77% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the difference showed no statistical meaning in syndrome scores between both groups before treating(P>0.05);syndrome scores of both groups after treating reduced partly,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was more notable than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).No obvious adverse reaction happened during therapeutic period.Conclusion:Duzhong Yaotong pills are safe and effective in the treatment for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis of governor meridian stagnation and obstruction pattern.
