中药雾化联合盐酸川丁特罗片治疗轻中度支气管哮喘80例  

Herbal Atomization Joined with Tratinterol Hydrochloride Tablets in Treating 80 Cases of Mild to Moderate Bronchial Asthma

摘　　要：目的:观察中药雾化联合盐酸川丁特罗片治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将158例患者分为对照组78例和观察组80例。对照组口服盐酸川丁特罗片,50μg/次,2次/d;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药雾化治疗,2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和症状体征评分的变化情况及肺功能情况。结果:2组总有效率均为100.00%,FEV1和FVC治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。日间和夜间症状、体征评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药雾化联合盐酸川丁特罗片治疗轻中度哮喘可改善患者肺功能和症状体征,疗效确切。Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of herbal atomization combined with tratinterol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment for twice each day;bronchial asthma.Methods:All 158 patients were divided into 78 cases of the control group and 80 cases of the observation group.The control group took tratinterol hydrochloride tablets,50 mg each time and the observation group were given herbal atomization on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,both groups were treated for two weeks consecutively.To compare the forced exhalation volume in the first second(FEVI),forced vital capacity(FVC),symptom and body sign scores and curative effects of pulmonary function before and after treating between both groups.Results:Total effective rates of both groups were 100.00%.The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of FEVI and FVC before and after treating wthin both groups(P<0.05);the difference could be found between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical meaning in the scores of daily and nocturnal symptom and body signs within two groups before and after treating(P <0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal atomization combined with tratinterol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment for mild to moderate bronchial asthma could improve pulmonary function,symptoms and body signs of the patients with definite effects.
