天麻钩藤饮联合拉贝洛尔治疗重度子痫45例

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤饮联合拉贝洛尔治疗重度子痫的临床疗效。方法将90例患者按入院顺序随机分为2组,每组45例。对照组口服拉贝洛尔,50mg/次3次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用天麻钩藤饮,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均连续治疗7天。比较2组总有效率、妊娠情况和血液流变学指标。结果:总有效率观察组为88.89%(40/45),对照组为71.11%(32/45)2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血小板聚集率和血液黏稠度治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为15.16%(7/45)对照组为42.22%(19/45),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。剖宫产发生率观察组为66.67%(30/45)对照组为86.67%(39/45),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合拉贝洛尔治疗重度子痫患者安全有效,可改善妊娠情况及血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Tianma Gouteng drink joined with labetalol in the treatment for severe eclampsia.Methods:Ninety patients were randomized into two groups according to admission order,45 cases each group.The control group took labetalol orally,50 mg each time,three times each day,and the observation group Tianma Gouteng drink,one dose each day,water decocted.Both groups were treated for seven days consecutively.To compare total effective rate,pregnancy conditions and hemorheological indexes between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the control group was 71.11%(32/45),lower than 88.89% of the observation group(40/45),and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The difference could be found in platelet aggregation rate and blood viscosity within two groups before and after treating(P <0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Complication incidence of the control group was 42.22%(19/45),higher than 15.16% of the observation group(7/45),and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Caesarean section incidence of the control group was 86.67%(7/45),higher than 66.67%(15/45) of the observation group,and there was the significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng drink joined with labetalol is safe and effective in the treatment for severe eclampsia,and it could improve pregnancy conditions and hemorheological indexes.
