可吸收肋骨钉与记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较多发性肋骨骨折采用可吸收肋骨钉与记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法选取宝鸡高新人民医院胸外科2017年12月至2018年12月拟行手术治疗的多发性肋骨骨折患者126例,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组行记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗,观察组行可吸收肋骨钉治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间及术中出血量等临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者的手术时间[(112.25±16.39)min vs(108.16±15.27)min]、出血量[(98.17±10.22)mL vs(96.24±10.01)mL]、住院时间[(10.47±2.07)d vs(10.51±2.10)d]及术后并发症[(15.87)%vs(19.05)%]比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者术后下床运动时间为(3.71±0.35)d,明显短于对照组的(5.11±1.06)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可吸收肋骨钉与记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折均具有较好的疗效,其中可吸收肋骨钉在促进患者术后早期活动中更具优势。Objective To compare the clinical effect of absorbable rib nail and memory alloy plate in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods A total of 126 patients with multiple rib fractures,who underwent thoracic surgery in Baoji High-tech People's Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018,were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with internal fixation of memory alloy plate,and the observation group was treated with absorbable rib nail.The operation time,out-of-bed activity time after operation,hospital time,intraoperative bleeding,other clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operative time of(112.25±16.39)min vs(108.16±15.27)min,blood loss of(98.17±10.22)mL vs(96.24±10.01)mL,hospital stay of(10.47±2.07)d vs(10.51±2.10)d and postoperative complications(15.87%vs 19.05%)between the two groups(all P>0.05).The out-of-bed activity time after operation was(3.71±0.35)d,which was significantly shorter than(5.11±1.06)d of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Absorbable rib nail and memory alloy plate have better curative effect in the treatment of multiple rib fractures,among them,absorbable rib nail has more advantage in promoting the early activity of patients after operation.
