双点压力机偏心齿轮同步误差分析及工艺改进措施

摘　　要：机械压力机是利用曲柄滑块机构,将电动机的旋转运动,转化为滑块的往复运动,对坯料进行成型加工的设备。其中偏心齿轮是机械压力机的核心零件,特别是双点结构的压力机,其偏心齿轮上偏心体的偏心方向,与基准齿槽的中心线的位置度要求,决定了两组偏心齿轮转动的同步性以及滑块的运动精度。本文针对该位置度要求对偏心齿轮传动同步性的影响进行分析,并提供一种加工工艺的改进措施。A mechanical press is a kind of device which uses a crank-slider mechanism to convert the rotary motion of a motor into a reciprocating motion of a slider to realize the forming process of the blank.The eccentric gear is the core part of the mechanical press,especially the press with double-point structure.The eccentric direction of the eccentric body on the eccentric gear and the position requirements of the centerline of the reference cogging determine the rotation synchronization of the two sets of eccentric gears and the motion accuracy of the slider.The influence of the position requirement on the synchronism of eccentric gear transmission has been analyzed in the text.The improvement measure of the processing technology has been provided.
