摘　　要：数控转塔冲床技术领先是机械加工行业中的关键设备,其生产效率高,可加工不同材质,不同大小的工件已被广泛应用。因机床结构特点在应用过程中出现废料难以清理,作业人员操作不便,存在安全隐患等因素而设计了此数控转塔冲床专用带式输送机,其具有大运量、连续运输、运行可靠、易于实现自动化和集中控制等特点。根据机床结构及现场布置可选择不同布置方式,因而,转塔冲床专带式输送机可以实现机床机械现代化加工,废料实现自动清理,提升生产效率,降低作业危险性,保障现场清洁及人身安全。The CNC turret punch press which has leading technology is the key equipment in the machining industry.Its high production efficiency can process workpieces of different materials and sizes.It has been widely used.Due to the structural characteristics of the machine tool,it is difficult to clean up the waste during the application process,the operator is inconvenient to operate,and there are hidden safety hazards.This belt conveyor for CNC turret punch press has been designed.It has characteristics of large capacity,continuous transportation,reliable operation and easy operation,which is easy to realize the automation and centralized control.Different layout methods can be selected according to the structure of the machine tool and the site layout.Therefore,the belt conveyor for turret punch press can realize the modernization of machine tool machinery,automatic clean of waste materials,improve production efficiency,and reduce the danger of operation,which ensures on-site cleanliness and personal safety.
