摘  要:结合当前压力机现场装配及使用的现状,优化设计了一种以DeviceNet总线分布式PLC为控制核心的压力机电控系统。着重阐述了系统的通讯网络、硬件连接,并给出了详细的设计过程。该电控系统具有稳定、现场安装方便快捷、故障率低等特点,从而达到降低劳动强度,提高生产效率的目的。By combining the current situation of on-site assembly and use of press,the design of electrical control system of press based on DeviceNet bus distributed PLC as the control core has been optimized.The communication network and hardware connection of the system have been mainly introduced in the text with design process in details.The electric control system has the characteristics of stability,convenient and fast installation on site,and low failure rate,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
