凹模圆角半径对极限拉深程度影响的研究

摘  要:针对圆筒件的极限拉深系数表所存在的问题,本文运用有限元软件Autoform对圆筒件拉深过程进行仿真,提出了采用凹模修正系数来确定凹模圆角半径对极限拉深系数的影响的新极限拉深系数表。发现在较小的凹模圆角半径下,凹模圆角半径对于圆筒件的极限变形程度的影响要比坯料的相对厚度对其的影响要大。所以对于有较小的圆角半径的凹模,工艺设计人员可以通过选用较小厚度板料来间接地加大模具圆角半径,以提升圆筒件的极限变形程度。Aiming at the problems of the ultimate deep drawing coefficient table of cylindrical parts,the finite element software Autoform has been adopted to simulate the deep drawing process of cylindrical parts in the text.It is put forward that the die correction coefficient has been adopted to determine the new ultimate deep drawing coefficient table of influence of die fillet radius to ultimate deep drawing coefficient.It is found that with a small radius of the die,the influence of die fillet radius on the ultimate deformation of the cylindrical part is greater than the relative thickness of the blank.Therefore,for a die with a small fillet radius,the process designer can indirectly increase the die fillet radius by selecting a smaller thickness sheet to increase the ultimate deformation of the cylindrical part.
