摘  要:为满足油田用户掌握超高温超高压条件下聚能射孔器性能的需求,推动射孔技术的发展,研发了超高温超高压条件下聚能射孔试验装置。该装置能够模拟井下温度、压力(围压、井压和孔隙压力)及储层靶进行射孔试验和流动测试,可以检测穿孔深度、穿孔孔径、流量等数据;额定工作温度300℃、额定工作压力210 MPa、单次连续工作时间超过180 h。完成了210℃、48 h、181 MPa条件下50 g(PYX)装药的聚能射孔弹射孔等试验,装置安全性好、操作性强,能够满足现场生产需要。为耐高温耐高压聚能射孔器的检验、评价和应用提供了条件。A jet perforating experimental equipment(UHT and UHP)is developed for ultrahigh temperature and pressure conditions.The equipment can help oilfield users understand the performance of shaped charge perforators at UHT and UHP,and promote the development of perforating technology.The equipment can simulate downhole temperature and pressure(confining pressure,well pressure and pore pressure)and reservoir target for perforation test and flow test,and can detect perforation depth,diameter,flow and other data.It can work for more than 180 h at rated working temperature 300℃and rated working pressure 210 MPa in a run.Tests on 50 g PXY shaped charge have been completed at 210℃and 181 MPa and for 48 h.And the results proved the equipment safe and operable,and can meet the needs of field production.It provides the conditions for test,evaluation and application of high-temperature and high-pressure shaped charge perforators.
