面向突发公共事件舆情的政务抖音研究——兼与政务微博的比较

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着短视频平台的发展,政务抖音正逐渐成为政务新媒体的新生力量。通过政务抖音与政务微博的比较研究,可以为政府更高效地利用政务新媒体提供决策参考。[方法/过程]以中国消防政务微博和政务抖音为研究对象,通过定向采集和非定向采集的方式获取数据资料,然后从发文数量与频率、文本分析、单条“爆点”信息分析三个方面研究中国消防政务微博和政务抖音两个政务新媒体平台的异同。[结果/结论]基于比较研究,政务微博和政务抖音在应对突发公共事件舆情时应当实现矩阵互补、联合发声加快信息传播速率;同时根据政务微博和政务抖音的本质特征,利用平台差异提升信息传播效率。[Purpose/Significance]With the development of short video platforms,government douyin is becoming a new force in government new media.Through the comparative study of government douyin and government microblog,it provides decision-making reference for the effective application of government new media.[Method/Process]Taking China's fire control government microblog and government douyin as the research object,the authors obtained the data through directional acquisition and non-directional acquisition,and then compared the number and frequency of tweet,text analysis,and single"explosion point"of China's fire control government microblog and government douyin,so as to explore similarities and differences between government microblog platform and government douyin platform.[Result/Conclusion]Based on comparative research,government microblog and government douyin should realize matrix complementarity and joint vocalization to speed up information transmission of public emergencies;at the same time,according to the essential characteristics of the two platforms,use platform differential classification to improve information efficiency.
