摘  要:[目的/意义]该文探讨了高技术产业专利池对池内专利技术扩散速度、广度的促进作用,并分析专利质量对专利池与技术扩散的调节作用,为促进中国企业技术扩散提供新的解决思路。[方法/过程]以专利为视角,基于资源依赖、交易成本、创新生态系统等理论,以电子信息行业音视频编解码技术领域的专利与专利池为研究对象进行实证。[结果/结论]专利池促进池内专利技术扩散速度,却未促进池内专利技术扩散广度;专利质量正面影响专利技术扩散速度与广度,且负向调节专利池对池内专利技术扩散速度的促进作用;专利加入不同专利池的数量对其技术扩散的影响不显著。[Purpose/Significance]This paper discusses the promotion effect of high-tech industry patent pool on the speed and breadth of technology diffusion of the patents in the pool,analyzes the moderating effect of patent quality on patent pool and technology diffusion,and provides new solutions to promote the technology diffusion of Chinese enterprises.[Method/Process]From the perspective of patent,based on the theories of resource dependence,transaction cost and innovation ecosystem,taking the patents and patent pools in the field of audio and video coding and decoding technology in the electronic information industry as the research objects,this paper conducts an empirical study.[Result/Conclusion]Patent pool promotes the technology diffusion speed of the patents in the pool and does not promote the technology diffusion breadth of the patents in the pool.The patent quality positively affects the speed and breadth of technology diffusion and has negative moderating effect on the relationship between patent pool and the speed of technology diffusion.The number of the different patent pools a patent is added to has very limited influence on the technology diffusion of the patent.
