摘 要:随着高容量储能锂电池材料的大规模应用,使得低成本、高效环保地从含锂矿物中提取锂技术需求越来越迫切,着重阐述硫酸焙烧法、硫酸盐焙烧法、氯化焙烧法、石灰石焙烧法和压煮法等从锂云母和锂辉石两种典型含锂矿石中提锂技术的最新研究进展.通过对不同提锂方法的分析,得出单一提锂方法均存在其优势和不足.多种方法协同利用,多种有价金属协同提取,是今后提锂工艺研究的重要方向.同时,应加大锂渣资源化利用力度,促进锂行业绿色可持续发展.With the large-scale application of high capacity lithium battery materials,more and more urgently to extract lithium from lithium-bearing minerals with low cost,high efficiency and environmental protection.This paper focuses on the latest research on lithium extraction technology from two kinds of typical lithium ore,such as sulphuric acid roasting,sulphate roasting,chlorination roasting,limestone roasting and pressure boiling.Through the analysis of different lithium extraction methods,it is concluded that single lithium extraction method has its advantages and disadvantages.Cooperative utilization of multiple methods and co-extraction of various valuable metals are important directions for future lithium extraction technology research.At the same time,efforts should be made to enhance the utilization of lithium slag resources to promote the green and sustainable development of lithium industry.
