摘　　要：采用气相色谱质谱联用技术建立一种操作简便、高效、快速测定烟酸普鲁卡因中对甲基苯胺的方法,并考察了该方法,包括灵敏度、准确度、精密度、专属性及耐用性等特性.线性范围为15.0200 ng/mL,线性方程为Y=53604.11 X-30128.88,相关系数R^2=0.996,检出限为0.125 mg/kg,精密度试验结果显示,相对标准偏差为4.1%9.5%,回收率为89.3%98.3%.A simple,efficient and rapid method for the determination of p-methylaniline in procaine niacin was established by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The sensitivity,accuracy,precision,specificity and durability of the detection method were studied.The linear range is 15.0—200 ng/mL,the linear equation Y=53604.11 X-30128.88,R^2=0.998,the detection limit is 0.125 mg/kg,the precision test has a relative standard deviation of 4.1%—9.5%,and the recovery rate is 89.3%—98.3%.
