摘 要:利用KH-550修饰的二氧化钛(TiO2)和端羧基丁腈橡胶,以甲基四氢苯酐为固化剂,2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)为促进剂,对双酚F型环氧树脂进行改性,以改善环氧树脂固化物脆性大、韧性差的缺点。随后通过红外光谱对KH-550修饰的TiO2进行了表征,并利用电子万能试验机、冲击试验机、静态热机械检测仪(TMA)等设备对环氧树脂复合材料进行性能分析。结果表明,相比仅用端羧基丁腈橡胶改性来讲,TiO2及丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度得以提高,在TiO2添加量为1%时,其力学性能最好,分别达到78.42 MPa,15.03%和12.26 kJ/m^2。并且TiO2及丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂复合材料的玻璃化转变温度与仅用端羧基丁腈橡胶改性的环氧树脂相比,呈先降低后升高的趋势,其热膨胀系数也大幅降低。The bisphenol F epoxy resin was toughened by titanium dioxide modified by KH-550 and carboxyl-terminated Liquid Nitrile Rubber using methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as curing agent and 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol as promoter to improve the brittleness and poor toughness of the epoxy resin.The titanium dioxide modified by KH-550 was characterized through infrared spectroscopy.And the property of the composites was studied by universal testing machine,impact testing machine and static thermomechanical analyzer equipment.The results indicate that compared with the modified epoxy resin only by nitrile rubber,the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of titanium dioxide and nitrile rubber toughening epoxy resin system shows increasing tendency.The mechanical properties exhibit the best when the additive amount of TiO2 is 1%and the data come up to 78.42 MPa,15.03%and 12.26 kJ/m^2.The glass transition temperature presents a tendency of decreasing at first and then increasing.And the thermal expansion coefficient drop sharply.
