摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展和我国工业产业的迅速进步,无缝钢管产业获得了迅猛的发展,极大地改变了我国钢铁生产进程。自动化技术在无缝钢管产业中的有效应用能够有效提升无缝钢管的生产速率和生产质量,但是由于无缝钢管生产线工艺比较复杂,设备众多,对控制系统有着较高的要求,因此,在自动化控制过程中存在很多问题,影响自动化生产线的运行效果。论文主要针对无缝钢管生产线自动化控制系统进行探究。With the continuous development of social economy and the rapid progress of China's industrial industry,seamless steel pipe industry has achieved rapid development,which has greatly changed the steel production process in China.The effective application of automation technology in seamless steel pipe industry can effectively improve the production rate and quality of seamless steel pipe.However,due to the complex process and numerous equipment of seamless steel pipe production line,there are high requirements for the control system.Therefore,there are many problems existing in the process of automatic control,which affect the operation effect of the automatic production line.This paper mainly discusses the automatic control system of seamless steel pipe production line.
