摘 要:在介绍中国西部地区农村水电开发建设现状的基础上,分析了小水电开发在农村经济发展以及新农村建设中的作用和地位。同时,详细探讨了西部地区农村小水电开发过程中的关键技术进展以及相关政策、标准的研究制定等。依据地域特点提出建立完善水能资源评估与核算的理论体系,加快关键技术研发和新技术的推广应用,强化信息技术的科技支撑作用,加强多学科交叉融合,保障西部地区农村小水电可持续发展。Based on the introduction the present situation of rural hydropower development and construction in Western China,this paper analyses the role and position of small hydropower development in rural economic development and new rural construction policy.This paper also discusses in detail the development of key technologies and the research and formulation of relevant policies and standards in the process of rural small hydropower development in the western region,and proposes to establish and improve the theoretical system of water energy resource assessment and accounting,accelerate the research and development of key technologies,promote the application of new technologies,strengthen the role of information technology and multidisciplinary intersection,which are all important ways to ensure the sustainable development of rural small hydropower in Western China.
