摘  要:结合实际工程,经过对机械旋挖灌注桩、后注浆机械旋挖灌注桩以及螺杆旋转挤压灌注桩的多种方案比较及对螺杆旋转挤压灌注桩的设备及部分工艺的改进、试验、结果对比等环节,成功的将螺杆旋转挤压灌注桩拓展应用到由粉土、角砾、碎石、卵石、砖块和混凝土块及少量生活垃圾、变质岩、花岗岩、石英岩等组成复杂的地质中,解决了塌孔、沉渣、钻孔困难等难题,且使得桩的极限承载力达到传统灌注桩的2倍以上。Based on an actual project, through the comparison of various schemes of mechanical screw-drilled cast-in-situ pile, based-grouted bored pile and soil displacement screw pile, the improvement, test and result comparison of the equipment and part of the technology of soil displacement screw pile, the soil displacement screw pile was successfully extended to the complex geology composed of silt, breccia, gravel, pebble, brick, concrete block and a small amount of domestic garbage, metamorphic rock, granite and quartzitic rock. The difficulties of hole collapse, sediment and drilling were solved, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile is more than 2 times that of the traditional cast-in-place pile.
