摘 要:锚索支护在水利水电工程中多用于边坡加固,其对高边坡、岩堆及不良地质体可有效加固,技术易把握、外形美观、容易绿化等优点颇受设计者的青睐。但施工单位在锚索施工过程中常遇见锚索灌浆量不足,远超设计灌浆量的情况。导致施工成本增加,过程变更或索赔程序复杂,且加大施工工期。通过总结向家坝水电站、亭子口水电站、吉牛水电站、双江口水电站等水电工程边坡支护锚索灌浆费用情况,从锚索支护原理、设计、招标、施工阶段及概算定额指标综合研究过程分析成本控制问题。Anchor cable support is widely used in slope reinforcement in water conservancy and hydropower projects.It is favored by designers for the advantages of high slope,rock pile and poor geological body reinforcement,easy to grasp technology,beautiful appearance and easy greening.However,the construction unit often encounters insuffcient anchorage in the construction process of the anchor cable,far exceeding the design of the grouting amount.This leads to an increase in construction costs,a complicated process change or claim process,and an increase in construction time.The author summarizes the grouting cost of anchor cable for hydropower projects such as Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station,Tingzikou Hydropower Station,Ji Niu Hydropower Station and Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station,from the principle of anchor cable support,design,bidding,construction stage and budgetary quotas.Research process cost control issues.
