摘  要:随着我国社会经济的持续发展,人们自身整体生活水平也越来越高,同时对住宅和生活质量的要求也在不断提升,其中房屋建筑工程中工程质量一直都是人们较为关注的话题,因为房屋建筑工程工期相对较长,其建筑要求也较高,因此地基在房屋建筑工程中占据着重要位置,施工单位必须要对其地基基础开展相应的维护,只有这样才能在一定程度上不断提高工程施工水平,同时也要强化地基工程质量控制,保证房屋建筑工程的整体质量得到全面的提高。因此,主要对房屋建筑地基基础工程施工技术做出相应的分析,并在此基础上提出房屋建筑地基基础工程施工质量控制要点,希望能够为同行业工作人员提供相应的参考价值。Nowadays,with the continuous development of China’s social economy,people’s overall living standards are getting higher and higher,and the requirements for housing and quality of life are also constantly improving.Among them,the quality of engineering in housing construction projects has always been more concerned.The topic,because the construction period of the building construction project is relatively long,and its construction requirements are also high,so the foundation occupies an important position in the building construction project,and the construction unit must carry out corresponding maintenance on the foundation of the foundation.Only in this way can it be to a certain extent the project construction level will be continuously improved,and the quality control of foundation engineering will also be strengthened to ensure that the overall quality of the building construction project is comprehensively improved.Therefore,in this paper,the construction technology of the foundation construction of the house is mainly analyzed,and the main points of construction quality control of building foundation engineering are also proposed on the basis of this,hoping to provide corresponding reference value to the staff of the same industry.
