摘 要:肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)是一种广泛表达于人类组织并高度保守的长链非编码RNA,它可以通过不同分子水平参与基因表达调控,并与肿瘤以及免疫相关性疾病密切相关。而免疫炎性因素在慢性肾脏病的发生、发展中起着十分重要的作用,其中肾脏纤维化又是慢性肾脏病进展至终末期肾衰竭的必由之路。MALAT1与上皮间质转化(EMT)相关因子(如Snail、Twist、ZEB等)相互作用,促进肾脏纤维化发展,但具体分子机制尚未阐明。因此,深入研究MALAT1在肾脏纤维化中的作用机制具有重要意义。Metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)is a highly conserved long noncoding RNA,widely expressed in human tissues.It can participate in the regulation of gene expression at different molecular levels and is closely related to tumor and immune-related diseases.Immune inflammatory factors play a very important role in the occurrence and development of chronic kidney disease,in which renal fibrosis is the inevitable way for the progress of chronic kidney disease to end-stage renal failure.MALAT1 interacts with epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)related factors such as Snail,Twist,ZEB,ect.to promote the development of renal fibrosis,but the specific molecular mechanism has not been clarified.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanism of MALAT1 in renal fibrosis.
