摘　　要：蜂螫伤所致蜂毒过敏的发生率仅次于药源性过敏反应,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着蜂螫伤患者的增多,蜂毒过敏的诊疗逐渐受到关注。由于蜂毒成分复杂,目前临床上并无特异性血清治疗方法。蜂毒免疫疗法(VIT)是唯一能够减少蜂毒过敏发生的特殊疗法,其中皮下免疫疗法的应用较广泛,且效果明显;此外,还有奥马珠单抗的抗IgE治疗以及表位肽等,各种治疗方法各有优劣,针对不同蜂螫伤患者选择个体化治疗方案,有助于提高VIT的疗效。The incidence of bee venom allergy caused by bee sting is second only to drug-induced allergy,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.With the increase of bee sting injury,the diagnosis and treatment of bee venom allergy has been paid more and more attention.Because of the complexity of bee venom components,there is no specific serological therapy in clinic at present.Bee venom immunotherapy(VIT)is the only special therapy that can reduce bee venom allergy,and the subcutaneous immunotherapy is widely used and has obvious effect.In addition,there are anti-IgE therapy of Omazumab and epitope peptides.Each treatment has its own advantages and disadvantages.and individua-lized treatment should be selected for different patients,which is helpful to improve the curative effect of VIT.
