摘 要:目的了解阿德福韦酯相关低磷血症的研究现状。方法利用Web of Science数据库检索阿德福韦酯相关低磷血症文献,检索日期截至2018年7月31日,分别从文献发表的年份、引用率、地域及国家、刊载期刊等方面进行统计与分析。结果2004年至2012年为稳定期(每年发表的文献不超过5篇),2013年至2015年为上升期,2016年至2018年发表量逐年下降;亚洲发表最多(48篇),其中发表最多的国家为中国(33篇);《中国骨质疏松杂志》刊载最多(4篇)。结论阿德福韦酯会引起低磷血症,应采取有效措施进行防治。Objective To understand the research status quo of global adefovir dipivoxil-induced hypophosphatemia. Methods Publications related to adefovir dipivoxil-induced hypophosphatemia were searched with Web of Science database. The searching date was until31 st,July 2018. Statistical analysis of published years,citation rates,regions and countries,journals of publications were performed.Results The years from 2004 to 2012 were the stable period,with each year no more than 5 articles published. The years from 2013 to 2015 were the rising period. From 2016 to 2018,the number of publications decreased year by year. Asia had the largest number of publications( 48 articles),and the most published country was China( 33 articles). The Chinese Journal of Osteoporosis published the most publications( 4 articles). Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil would induce hypophosphatemia and effective measures should be taken to avoid its occurrence.
