摘  要:目的考察甲磺酸帕珠沙星与单磷酸阿糖腺苷的配伍稳定性。方法在25℃常温、25℃避光、4℃冷藏条件下分别考察2种药物配伍后0,2,4,6 h的外观、pH及含量变化。结果在25℃常温、25℃避光和4℃冷藏条件下,甲磺酸帕珠沙星与单磷酸阿糖腺苷配伍后药物即发生白色浑浊,6 h内逐渐形成沉淀并增多;0~6 h单磷酸阿糖腺苷含量无明显变化,而甲磺酸帕珠沙星含量下降(分别为71%,64%,61%),并随时间的增加含量持续下降。pH在混合时发生变化,0~6 h无明显变化。结论甲磺酸帕珠沙星与单磷酸阿糖腺苷存在配伍禁忌。Objective To investigate the compatible stability of pazufloxacinmesilate and vidarabine phosphate. Methods The appearance,pH value and the assay of the admixture were investigated at 25 ℃ of room temperature,25 ℃ protected from light,and 4 ℃ refrigerated respectively. Results The solution became white turbid and gradually formed precipitate within 6 h increasingly at 25 ℃ of room temperature,25 ℃ protected from light,and 4 ℃ refrigerated. The content of vidarabine phosphate did not change significantly from0-6 h. The content of pazufloxacinmesilate decreased by 71%,64% and 61% respectively and continued decreasing with time. The p H value changed during mixing,and there was no significant change from 0-6 h. Conclusion Pazufloxacinmesilate is incompatible with vidarabine phosphate.
