摘  要:目的建立同时测定夜宁糖浆中甘草苷、特女贞苷和甘草酸3种活性成分含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为0. 1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),检测波长为229 nm,进样量为20μL,柱温为28℃,定量检测采用标准曲线法。结果甘草苷、特女贞苷和甘草酸的质量浓度在1. 0~50. 0μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99. 37%,98. 93%,99. 67%,RSD分别为0. 70%,1. 40%,2. 54%(n=6);精密度和重复性均良好(n=6),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于夜宁糖浆中成药的质量控制。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of three active ingredients of liquiritin,nuezhenide and glycyrrhizic acid in Yening Syrup. Methods The chromatographic cloumn was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was 0. 1% phosphoric acid acetonitrile solution-acetonitrile with gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 229 nm the injection volume was 20 μL and the column temperature was 28 ℃ . Standard curve method was selected for quantitative detection. Results In the concentration range 1. 0-50. 0 μg/m L,the liquiritin,nuezhenide and glycyrrhizic acid showed good linear relationships with the peak area. The average recoveries of liquiritin,nuezhenide and glycyrrhizic acid were 99. 37%,98. 93% and 99. 67%,respectively. The RSDs were 0. 70%,1. 40%,and 2. 54%( n = 6),the precision and repeatability were good( n = 6).The test solution was stable within 24 h. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and quick,which can be used for the quality control of Yening Syrup.
