摘　　要：头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠所致凝血功能障碍的不良反应备受关注,该文探讨了其致凝血功能障碍的作用机制、临床表现、影响因素及防治措施等,可为临床安全用药提供参考。Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium are commonly used in clinic. In recent years,the adverse reactions of coagulation dysfunction caused by cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium have attracted the attention of clinicians. In this paper,the mechanism,clinical manifestations,influencing factors and prevention of coagulation dysfunction caused by cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium were reviewed,providing reference for safe clinical drug use.
