摘 要:以玄武岩长丝/芳纶双层机织间隔纱织物增强复合材料板为研究对象,对其进行低速冲击试验以及冲击后侧向压缩试验,探究了冲击能量和预制件的经纱密度、纱线细度对复合材料板在低速冲击后剩余压缩强度的影响。结果表明:复合材料板的剩余压缩强度,随着冲击能量的增大而逐渐降低,下降速度先快后慢,在6 J和10 J之间存在冲击能量的拐点;预制件存在最佳经纱密度值,超过最优值后,密度越大,复合材料板的剩余压缩强度反而降低;一定范围内,预制件的经纱细度越大,复合材料板的剩余压缩强度也相对较高。所得结论可为之后提高复合材料板的抗冲击性能提供新思路。Basalt filament yam/aramid double woven spacer fabric reinforced composite plate was selected as research object,and the low-speed impact test and compression test after impact were carried out.The influence of warp density and fineness of yam of preforms and impact energy on residual compassion strength of composite plates after low-speed impact was explored.The results showed that with the increase of impact energy,the residual compassion strength of composite plates decreased quickly and then slowly,there was an inflection point of impact energy between 6J and 10J.There was an optimum warp density value,the higher the value beyond the optimum,the lower the residual compression strength.Within the certain range,the larger the yam fineness,the relatively higher the residual compression strength of the composite plate・The conclusion provided a new idea for improving the impact resistance of composite plates.
