摘 要:采用理论分析和实际观测人造金刚石形貌,探讨了硬质颗粒砂纸式涂层树脂片中粒径大小和体积分数对树脂片防刺性能的影响。同时,通过试验制备了人造金刚石增强聚酰亚胺树脂片,讨论了不同工艺配方对防刺性能的影响。通过分析发现,硬质颗粒为300|jLm,填充体积分数为10%时,单层树脂片的防刺性能最好,填充体积分数为30%时,多层复合树脂片的防刺性能最好。The theoretical analysis and actual observation of the morphology of the synthetic diamond were used to investigate the effects of particle size and volume fraction on the stab resistance of the resin sheet in the hard particle sandpaper coating resin sheet.At the same time,synthetic diamond reinforced polyimide resin sheets were prepared through experiments,and the effects of difierent process recipes on the stab resistance were discussed.It was found by analysis that when the hard particles were 300|xm and the filling volume fraction was 10%,the single-layer resin sheet had the best stab resistance,and the multi-layer composite resin sheet had the best stab resistance when the filling volume fraction was 30%.
