桂金贵治疗小儿咽源性咳嗽经验拾撷

摘　　要：“咽源性咳嗽”由著名中医耳鼻咽喉专家南京中医药大学干祖望教授所提出的一种新的病证,以不自觉吭、咯样清嗓动作或者短促的咳嗽,干咳无痰或者黏痰难咯,咳声限于喉间为其临床特征。桂金贵主任在总结前人有关咽源性咳嗽病因病机和治则治法的基础上,结合自己多年的临床经验,提出“风、热、痰”为该病的主要致病因素,治疗以疏风清热化痰及宣肺止咳为主,桂金贵主任独到见解及其临床组方用药的特点,运用加味桑菊饮治疗风热型咽源性咳嗽和加味泻白散治疗风痰型咽源性咳嗽,取得了显著的临床疗效。该文旨在整理、收集、总结桂金贵主任的学术观点及临证经验,进一步丰富了咽源性咳嗽的病脉症治,有利于中医学术经验的继承和创新发展。“Pharyngeal cough”is a new syndrome proposed by professor GAN Zuwang of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who is a famous ear,nose and throat expert of traditional Chinese medicine.GUI Jingui,director of the pharynx source sex cough etiology and pathogenesis and therapeutic treatment,on the basis of combining his many years of clinical experience,put forward the“wind,heat,phlegm”as the main pathogenic factor of the disease,treatment with breeze and clear phlegm and clear heat releasing lungs cough,GUI Jingui,director of the original ideas and the characteristics of clinical prescription medication use flavored Sangju decoction treatment wind heat type pharyngeal source sex cough and Xie Bai powder in treatment of wind phlegm type pharyngeal source cough,has obtained the remarkable clinical curative effect.The purpose of this paper is to sort out,collect and summarize director GUI Jingui’s academic views and clinical experience,to further enrich the treatment of pharyngeal cough,and to benefit the inheritance and innovative development of TCM academic experience.
