戴宁运用振阳启痿汤治疗男科阳痿病学术经验

摘　　要：多种原因均可引起男子阳痿病,日久不仅影响患者性生活不能正常进行,也是造成男子不育、心理健康及家庭关系等的重要因素之一。历代医家在治疗中均重视以治肾为本,以右归丸温补肾阳为治。但戴宁教授则拟以“肝脾肾”为本,而兼治其“心”,重视脏腑间互相协调。以黄芪、桂枝、枸杞子、蜈蚣、白芍、藿香、炒白术、熟地、炒菟丝子、覆盆子、丹参为基本方临症加减。该案中辨证为肝郁阳衰宗筋失用,肝郁且肝阳虚衰在自拟振阳启痿汤基础方中加用佛手、合欢皮疏肝解郁,枸杞子、炒菟丝子、覆盆子补益肝肾之精,佐以少量的丹皮、栀子即去其浮游之火又能防止温补太过,总收“填精益肾、补肝振阳”之效。戴宁教授继承孟河学派之思想,寒温兼融、用药轻灵平淡,在治疗男科病中能温清兼施,常药轻力宏。Avariety of reasons can cause male impotence,over time not only affect the patient's sexual life can not be normal,but also cause male infertility,mental health and family relations and other important factors.In the treatment of all generations of doctors have attached great importance to the treatment of kidney as the basis,all take yougui pill for the treatment of warming and tonifying the kidney Yang prescription.Professor dai ning proposed to pay attention to the"liver,spleen and kidney"and treat its"heart",pay attention to the coordination between the viscera So good results.In this case,syndrome differentiation is liver depression,Yang failure,liver depression and liver Yang deficiency failure in the self-designed zhenyang qi wei decoction base prescription with Buddha hand,acacia skin liver soothing depression,medlar,Fried dodder,raspberry tonic liver and kidney essence,With a small amount of danpi,gardenia that is to remove the floating fire and can prevent too much warming,the total effect of"filling lean kidney,liver Yang".Professor dai ning inherits the thought of menghe school,and he can use both cold and heat,and the medicine is simple and small.In the treatment of male diseases,he can use both cold and heat,and the common medicine has great effect.
