补中益气汤治疗气虚发热型脾切除术后脾热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤治疗气虚发热型脾切除术后脾热的临床疗效。方法:随机将符合标准的在我院普外科行脾切除术后发生脾热的49例患者分成治疗组(25例)和对照组(24例)。对照组予以术后补液、抗感染、镇痛等治疗,依据患者发热时腋温再选择物理降温、非甾体抗炎药或激素等解热治疗。基于对照组,治疗组加服补中益气汤。2组均治疗2个疗程,期间记录患者腋温数据,且比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候疗效积分。结果:经统计学处理,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医气虚证候积分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤对缓解脾切除术后脾热有效,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treating spleen fever after spleendeficiency splenectomy.Methods:49 patients with splenomegaly after splenectomy in our hospital were randomly assigned to a treatment group(25 patients)and a control group(24 patients).The control group received postoperative rehydration,anti-infection,analgesia and other treatments.According to the patient’s fever,he chose physical cooling,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormones for antipyretic treatment.Based on the control group,the treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The two groups were treated for 2 courses.The patient’s temperature data were recorded during the period,and the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome of Qi-deficiency syndrome in the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective in relieving spleen heat after splenectomy and it is worthy of promotion.
