虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗Ⅲ期褥疮临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗Ⅲ期褥疮患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院住院Ⅲ期褥疮(蕴毒腐溃证)患者48例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规外科无菌换药,治疗组采用虎黄烧伤搽剂湿敷创面,两组均根据创面情况1~3d换药一次,治疗组共治疗3周。观察两组患者局部VAS评分、创面愈合时间和临床疗效,记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗1周、2周、3周后,治疗组疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗组褥疮的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的治愈率和有效率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:虎黄烧伤搽剂对于Ⅲ期褥疮(蕴毒腐溃证)患者缓解疼痛及缩短创面愈合时间有明显效果。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huhuang burn tincture in the treatment of stage III acne patients.Methods:48 patients with stage III hemorrhoids(contained poisonous rot)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional surgical sterile dressing.The treatment group was treated with Huhuang burn tincture wet wounds.The two groups were replaced according to the wound condition 1-3d.The treatment group was treated for 3 weeks.The local VAS score,wound healing time and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks,the pain scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).The wounds of the treatment group were treated with acne.The healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiger yellow burn tincture has obvious effect on relieving pain and shortening wound healing time in patients with stage III hemorrhoids.
